Whether you are looking to start you fitness journey or a marathon runner looking to improve your performance we have something for you. Our personal training (Body MATH) and run training (Runner MATH) programs will give you the necessary tools to acheive your fitness goals.
Body MATH
Body MATH is personal training designed specifically for you by our trainer to help improve your health through exercise. This program offers several different options, including twelve week structured training programs or individual 30/60 minute sessions. Whatever your goals are Body MATH will help you achieve them!

Runner MATH
Runner MATH is a gait analysis & run training program focused on helping runners improve their form and performance. Through this program you will gain insight to correct run technique via a gait analysis. In addition, you will be given a training program and work with our trainer to correct & improve your run.
